About the event
The Southern New England Amateur Disc Golf Championship is a PDGA B-Tier event hosted by the Southern New England Disc Golf Organization (SNEDGO). This event is intended to be a true early-season championship for amateur players across Southern New England, with an emphasis on competitive disc golf, thoughtful course setups, and a smooth, well-run tournament experience.
This will be an amateur-focused event, centered primarily on skill-based divisions to keep the competition strong and meaningful. A limited number of age-protected divisions may be offered depending on registration numbers and will be confirmed closer to the event.
Players who are classified as Professional by the PDGA are still welcome to compete provided they meet the PDGA “Pros Playing Amateur” eligibility requirements as outlined in Competition Manual section 2.05.A. (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/205)
