1. Use of the Website

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes

  • Not engage in unauthorized access, interference, or misuse of content or functionality

  • Not attempt to collect data from other users or submit false information

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend your account, or refuse service if we believe you’ve violated these terms.

  • Follow all rules outlined in the official event documentation and PDGA rules

  • Accept the risks associated with participation in outdoor sporting events

  • Release SNEDGO and its volunteers from liability for personal injury or lost property, except in cases of gross negligence

Event registrations may be subject to entry fees, refund policies, or waiver requirements specific to each event.

3. Membership

When signing up as a SNEDGO member, whether as a free or paid member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Abide by SNEDGO’s community guidelines and code of conduct at events or meetings

  • Allow SNEDGO to use your name and member number for the purposes of event rosters, bag tags, leaderboards, or recognition (e.g. Founders list)

SNEDGO reserves the right to revoke membership for behavior that violates our community values or disrupts events.

All content on this site—including logos, graphics, text, and event formats—is the property of SNEDGO or its partners unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without express permission.

5. Sponsorships and Partnerships

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

SNEDGO, its directors, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for damages arising from use of this website or participation in our events, unless such damages are the direct result of willful misconduct.
